Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Telemedicine Consultation

1. What can I expect during my hearing test?
During your hearing test, a qualified specialist will assess your hearing levels and identify any areas of hearing loss. The test is painless, non-invasive, and usually takes 30–60 minutes. Once completed, you can request a copy of your audiogram for your records. This detailed report is essential for selecting and programming your hearing aids accurately.

2. Do I need to come to your Colorado office for the consultation?
Not necessarily. You can have your audiogram reviewed remotely by emailing it to us. One of our experienced hearing specialists will contact you to discuss your results, answer all your questions, and provide personalized hearing aid recommendations. This consultation is tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and budget.

3. How do you personalize my hearing aids?
With over 35 years of programming experience, we customize each hearing aid to match your exact hearing profile. We optimize the devices for your everyday environments—whether at home, work, or social settings—and include extra parts and cleaning supplies to make your experience seamless.

4. How long does it take to receive my hearing aids?
Once your hearing aids are programmed and ready, they are shipped directly to you. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes just a few days. Upon arrival, your hearing aids are ready to wear immediately.

5. What if my hearing aids need adjustments after I receive them?
We offer complimentary remote support sessions with our specialists to fine-tune your hearing aids. Whether you need adjustments to the programming or guidance on using the devices in different environments, our team ensures your hearing aids perform perfectly for you.

6. Are the remote support sessions included in the cost of the hearing aids?
Yes. Our consultations, programming, and remote support sessions are included with your hearing aid purchase. Our goal is to provide a complete, worry-free experience from start to finish.

7. Do you offer recommendations based on lifestyle and budget?
Absolutely. Every recommendation we provide considers your unique lifestyle needs, daily environments, and budget. Our specialists guide you to the most effective and practical solution, helping you make an informed decision with confidence.

8. Can I use my audiogram from a previous test?
Yes. As long as your audiogram is recent and accurate, you can email it to us for review. If there are any concerns or if we need updated information, a follow-up test can be scheduled either locally or at our Colorado office.

9. How often should I have my hearing evaluated?
Hearing can change over time, so we recommend having your hearing tested at least once every 1–2 years. Regular evaluations ensure your hearing aids remain perfectly calibrated to your needs.

10. What if I’m new to hearing aids and unsure which option is right?
You’re not alone. Our specialists provide patient-centered guidance at every step, answering questions, reviewing your lifestyle and budget, and helping you choose a hearing aid solution that fits seamlessly into your life. Our goal is to make the process easy, transparent, and empowering.
